A high-level alert at a Burien home turned out to be a pump timer set well outside the system's as-built specification, flooding the pump tank. We corrected the timer, pumped both tanks, tested the pump, and found root intrusion around the risers.
A new pump installation in Woodinville. The chamber beside the deck was opened up, the old pump assembly removed, and the replacement fitted with new pipework and wiring.
A camera inspection checked the drain field against the property's as-built drawing, confirming five lateral lines running almost to the fence. We opened the valves for even dispersal, pumped the tank and pump basin, and replaced the tank lids.
Flooding in the elevator shafts brought us out to a Seattle healthcare center. Our crew ran approximately six hoses over 200 feet to reach the work area, then pumped and cleaned every elevator pit and catch basin.
