Project Spotlight: North Bend Septic Tank Riser Installation

Upfront Septic completed septic system improvements at a property in North Bend, WA, focusing on improving access to the septic tank and maintaining proper wastewater distribution throughout the drainfield. The project included installing risers, resealing the mainline connection, and adding a leveler to a lateral line.

Our technicians installed risers over all three septic tank access ports, making the tank components easier to access for future inspections and routine maintenance. The team also resealed the mainline connection using hydraulic cement to help seal the area where the pipe enters the septic tank.

To support more even wastewater distribution, our technicians installed a leveler on the lateral line located to the left when facing the back fence. This adjustment was intended to help distribute wastewater more evenly across the drainfield.

Following the completed work, the septic system appeared to be operating as intended at the time of inspection. These improvements provide more accessible maintenance points, address the mainline connection, and support balanced flow through the drainfield distribution system.
