A two-compartment tank in Bonney Lake sitting two inches below grade with no risers. Baffles were in good condition, but there was slight root intrusion at both lids and a gap at the mainline connection. Approximately 1,000 gallons pumped, with riser installation and resealing to follow.
A two-compartment tank in Roy with no risers, so direct access was needed. Both baffles were in good condition and the tank showed no major deterioration. We crust busted and pumped approximately 1,125 gallons, with no further work recommended.
An inspection and pump assessment on Anderson Island. The drawdown test came in at about 0.75 inches per minute against roughly 1 expected, and the pump tank showed massive root intrusion. Risers were recommended on all tanks.
