Upfront Septic provided septic tank pumping and inspection services for a residential property in Roy, WA. Upon arrival, our technician located the two-compartment septic tank in the backyard. The system is currently not equipped with risers, requiring direct access to the tank for service.
During the inspection, both the inlet and outlet baffles appeared to be in good condition. We also inspected the accessible areas of the tank and found no signs of major deterioration in the tank walls or floors.
Our technician crust busted the tank to break up accumulated material and then pumped approximately 1,125 gallons of wastewater and solids from the system. This service helped restore available capacity and maintain proper septic system function.
After completing the pumping and inspection, no additional work was recommended at this time. The septic system was serviced successfully, and the project was completed without the need for further repairs.
